As the Communications and Brand Manager at XTX Markets, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our firm's external visibility, establishing, maintaining, and influencing relationships with key external stakeholders and ensuring effective communications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of algorithmic trading and financial technology. You will be based in our London office at least 4 days per week, 1 from home. Your remit will be global.

• Manage external communications, ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment with company objectives.
• Serve as a key point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate timely responses across various channels.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists and secure media coverage.
• Help coordinate and oversee XTX-hosted/sponsored events, such as conferences and industry gatherings, to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder/CEOs to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall business strategy.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including presentations, press releases, managing website (and internal intranet) and social media content, to maintain a polished and professional image.

• Exceptional English language skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in managing external communications within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of engaging with journalists and securing media coverage.
• Ability to thrive in a global role, with responsibilities spanning offices in London, Paris, New York, Singapore, and Mumbai.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks and priorities, including those requiring real-time response and coordination across multiple time zones.
• Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Familiarity with financial services industry and quantitative research preferred.
• Experience with event management and sponsorship coordination.
• Knowledge of multiple languages beyond English is a plus, given our global presence.
